We will hike in the scenic Crooked River canyon on two loops plus a mile off trail to the end of the next bench to a canyon overlook
Distance: 8.7 miles total. Plan on spending 7-8 hours including drive time to/from the trailhead.
Elevation gain/loss: appoximately 200-300 feet
What to bring: Ten essentials, water, snack/lunch, and proper footwear (no tennis shoes or sandals).

Carpooling: Carpooling can be arranged at the meeting place. It is about a 30 to 40 minute drive to the trailhead. If you ride with someone, please donate to their gas fund.
Meeting time/place: NW corner of the Redmond Walmart parking lot. Behind the Sonic restaurant at 9am.
