Day Trips and Overnight Trips: CONC volunteers help lead ski and snowshoe outings in the winter as well as hiking day trips in the off season. We provide mentorship and support to help you get started.

Trail Maintenance: The CONC has stewardship 100 miles of ski and snowshoe trails in Central Oregon. Work goes on throughout the year to make sure the winter trails can be enjoyed by all. Work may involve hanging markers and signs, brushing and downed log removal, and less strenuous work, including surveying trails. Work crews are organized and supported by volunteers.

Shelter Support: CONC members stock winter shelters with firewood, periodically check shelters to make sure they are in good shape throughout the winter. Helping us check on and maintain shelters is a fun way to give back.

Education: The CONC sponsors ski clinics, navigation classes, and other clinics that help people stay safe when recreating. People with skills and experience they are willing to share help us offer and expand these programs.

Social functions: We have get-togethers for members in a variety of social settings throughout the year. It's takes volunteers to make these events happen!

Administration: As with any organization, there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes. We need folks willing to help with newsletters, web page administration, and activities coordination.
